개인정보처리방침 (LINK BAND SDK)

주식회사 룩시드랩스(이하 "회사")는 LINK BAND SDK 애플리케이션(이하 "앱")을 통해 처리되는 정보에 관하여 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

본 앱은 LINK BAND 2.0 웨어러블 기기와 Bluetooth로 연결되어 다음의 생체신호 데이터를 수집합니다.

본 앱은 이름·이메일·전화번호·계정 정보 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 로그인이나 회원가입이 필요하지 않습니다.

2. 수집 목적

수집된 생체신호 데이터는 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

실시간 시각화(대시보드)
데이터 기록 및 분석
연구·웰니스 목적의 활용(사용자가 선택한 경우)

3. 저장 및 보관

모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다(브라우저 IndexedDB / 앱 로컬 저장소).
데이터는 회사의 서버로 자동 업로드되거나 전송되지 않습니다.
사용자는 내보내기 기능을 통해 데이터를 CSV·JSON·ZIP 파일 형태로 자신의 기기에 저장할 수 있습니다.

브로드캐스트 기능 사용 시 예외 — 사용자가 브로드캐스트 기능(Stream Process)을 직접 활성화하여 브로드캐스트 서버에 연결한 경우에는, 연결이 유지되는 동안 실측 생체신호 데이터(EEG·PPG·ACC)가 사용자가 지정한 외부 브로드캐스트 서버로 실시간 전송됩니다. 이 기능은 기본적으로 비활성 상태이며, 연결 시 전송 동의를 받은 후에만 동작합니다. 전송 대상 서버는 사용자가 직접 입력한 주소이며, 해당 서버에서의 데이터 취급은 그 서버 운영자의 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 제3자 제공

회사는 수집된 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 보관 기간

데이터는 사용자가 직접 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 사용자는 앱 내에서 세션 데이터를 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 사용자의 권리

사용자는 언제든지 기기에 저장된 데이터를 조회·내보내기·삭제할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy (LINK BAND SDK)

Looxid Labs Inc. ("we", "our") provides this Privacy Policy for the LINK BAND SDK application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

The App connects to the LINK BAND 2.0 wearable device via Bluetooth and collects the following biometric signals:

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or account information. No login or account registration is required.

2. Purpose of Collection

The collected biometric data is used solely for:

Real-time visualization (dashboard)
Data recording and analysis
Research and wellness purposes (at the user's discretion)

3. Storage

All data is stored only on the user's device (browser IndexedDB / app local storage).
Data is not automatically uploaded or transmitted to our servers.
Users may export data as CSV, JSON, or ZIP files saved locally on their device.

Exception — broadcast feature. If the user explicitly enables the broadcast feature (Stream Process) and connects to a broadcast server, live biometric data (EEG/PPG/ACC) is transmitted in real time to the external broadcast server specified by the user for as long as the connection is active. This feature is disabled by default and operates only after the user grants transmission consent at connection time. The destination server address is entered by the user, and the handling of data on that server is governed by that server operator's own policy.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share collected data with third parties.

5. Retention

Data is retained on the device until the user deletes it. Session data can be deleted within the App at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may view, export, or delete data stored on your device at any time.
